Basement Finish

Ted’s craftsmanship and design reached a level of excellence in this recently finished basement. The basement features 9ft ceilings, custom niches, thoughtful architectural details and exquisite tile work. There is a 20x14 ft custom workout room with floor to ceiling mirrors, a wet bar stocked with the finest, “Codigo1530 tequila”, and a beautiful, one of kind, soundproof music studio. Ted also made a children’s dream playroom nuzzled under the stairs equip with a rock climbing wall and lofted play space.

New build

Cut in to the side of a mountain, this sprawling 13,000+ sq ft home radiates beauty and quality craftsmanship. Everything from an elevator to a hot tub on the roof, a movie theatre and a soaring great room with floor to ceiling windows, this home is one of a kind. This masterpiece was fully constructed in 9 months.

Remodel

This perfect shell needed a complete remodel. Ted & team came into this home and gave it a new look, a new feel and in the end, a HUGE new price tag. The floors were resurfaced, the kitchen torn out and made anew, the basement built with custom shelving and a workout room and the master bed and bathroom turned into a sanctuary. Ted also finished the garage with a black and white checker board pattern, Husky shelving units and a finished coat of paint. The backyard became the most lovely place to be with a custom built pergola, concrete slab for a hot tub, lighting and an incredible water feature and pond. This home was loved and it was beautifully remodeled.

Custom Spec Home

One of Ted’s most beautiful custom spec homes. Built in 2006, this home was beaming with style and custom craftsmanship. This home has beautifully cut archways, a butlers pantry and an exquisite kitchen layout. Built for a family, with 4 bedrooms up and a sprawling basement and bar, this home is truly a beautifully built masterpiece.

Another one of Ted’s beautiful custom spec homes, this home features a custom barrel arch butlers pantry, sunken living room, incredible kitchen layout, 5 bedrooms and an incredible flowing radius handrail and staircase from the top floor to the basement.

This 100 year old home needed a fresh kitchen, bath, and exterior paint and repair. A man with disabilities lives in this home and Ted was able to come in, remodel it and even make the bathroom ADA compliant for the owner.

WYNKOOP
Wine Cellar
Wynkoop is a historic 1906 home with a vault that Ted turned into a wine cellar for the owner. It featured brick walls and wooden crafted wine racking.

Ted was recommended to me when my home (which was originally built in 1906) was infested with black mold. His work was very thorough, he followed the codes/regulations to fix the problem, and found a permanent solution. We decided to convert one of the rooms into a custom designed wine cellar, and the other became a storage room. Both were well designed and Ted gave me options that both fit my budget and design requirements. He fixed a complicated problem with a beautiful solution!

We live in a 100 year old house and were in desperate need for a kitchen and bath remodel. The existing space was rather tight and awkward. Ted and company came up with a beautiful design for both the kitchen and bath that utilized the limited space perfectly. It has a modern look and feel but still fits great with the original character of the house. We love it!
